Social Media Manager (App Launch & Wellness Brand)

About the Project

I’m launching a holistic health and fitness app designed to help women (and men) align movement, nutrition, and self-care with their natural rhythms — fostering balance, connection, and sustainable lifestyle change. We’re entering the final month of app development, and I’m looking for a creative, values-driven Social Media Manager to help prepare and execute our pre-launch and launch campaign.

Role Overview

You’ll help develop and implement a social media strategy to introduce the app, warm up the audience, and build authentic engagement across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). The focus is on storytelling, emotional connection, and brand alignment, rather than empty metrics.
You’ll be part of shaping a brand that communicates from the heart — blending strategy with creativity to bring a meaningful digital presence to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a 3-month content strategy leading up to and following the app launch.
- Create and schedule engaging content (reels, posts, stories, short videos, carousels, etc.) that reflects the brand’s tone and mission.
- Collaborate on visual direction, captions, and messaging that feel organic, holistic, and empowering.
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and community interaction.
- Track and analyse performance, providing insights and suggestions for growth.
- Support with paid advertising strategy — such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads — to help promote launch campaigns and grow reach (bonus skill).
- Stay up to date with trends in wellness, mindfulness, fitness, and holistic health to inspire authentic content ideas.

About You

- Experience managing social media for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and conscious marketing — communicating with authenticity, warmth, and integrity.
- Creative eye for aesthetics and tone that evoke calm, inspiration, and connection.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a founder.
- Bonus if you have experience with Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads.
- Bonus if you have basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
